The Spot at Tuxedo Point is a collection of four multi-family apartment buildings under the amenity-rich “SPOT” brand for Private Pension Partners. Among the four buildings, there are 256 suites over 4 storeys with a state-of-the-art 2-storey fitness centre, party room, rooftop terrace, a stunning lobby, and heated underground parking.

The groundwater level was high, which made maintaining a dry site a significant challenge. For this reason, we utilized precast concrete for the basement parkade for simplicity and speed. Other setbacks related to coordinating with the city and utilities for development were overcome, and the building has held up exceptionally well. The client has had no known issues with the buildings.
