The first of the amenity-rich “SPOT”-branded multi-family apartment complexes, this project was developed and purpose-built for Private Pension Partner. This “SPOT” features 89 suites over 7 storeys, different layouts to choose from, and luxe amenities such as a top-floor fitness room with amazing views and indoor heated parking.

The principal challenge we had to manoeuver around on this project was the location and conditions of the site, which was sandwiched between two operational businesses.

Since then, we’ve built four more buildings under the well-received “SPOT” brand for this client.
